Thanks for the research and info updates.

Surely, after the dust settles, one alternative site will rise to prominence.

After all, there is an enormous pool of buyers and an enormous pool of sellers, so eBay's action must open up an opportunity for an enterprising alternative site to specifically target this business. Pent up market forces should practically demand it.

Really, the whole exercise is a lesson not to be reliant on eBay, with their arrogant attitude ruining the business plans of some of their sellers almost overnight. If people had been given, say 3 months warning, then they would have had a chance to restructure.
